This was a story about civilian David Ralston, who works for the Corps’ Community Services at Camp Foster, Okinawa. He is a substance abuse counselor and teaches Marines how to make positive choices. He’s also an established musician and performs at base festivals across the island. He was filmed and interviewed over a period of three weeks, performing and conducting a class for Marines.
