It is with deep sadness that I am writing to tell you that Susan – my wife, best friend, and love – passed away last evening, 24 June, due to complications from surgery that she underwent earlier this week. –Michael
Many members may remember Capt. Michael Neumann’s service on the DivPA staff when CMC Gen. Krulak and then, BrigGen. Cliff Stanley led us to our Pentagon digs in 1997. His wife Susan was a cherished friend and supporter of the Corps and a military historian in her own right. (more…)
