We are excited to announce the registration for our annual conference from August 6th to August 9th. Please register prior to July 28th, so we can confirm the number of attendees for the awards banquet with the Pacific Views Event Center.
This year, we have an exciting lineup of events including a Welcome Reception on Tuesday from 1700 to 1900, featuring light appetizers, one complimentary ticket for domestic beer and house wine, and a raffle. On Friday, join us for the Business Lunch starting at 1130, where Ms. April Langwell, Director of the Communication Directorate for Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps, will provide an occupational field update, followed by a vote and Association Business Meeting at 1215. The highlight of the conference is the Banquet, with a dress code of Dress Blue Alphas (with white trousers for SNCOs & officers) for military personnel and semi-formal attire for civilians. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour at 1700, followed by the ceremony at 1800, and dinner and dancing from 1930 to 2100.
At the banquet, we will be awarding the winners of the 2023 and 2022 Visual Information and Excellence in Communication (VIEC) Awards. You can view the 2023 award recipients here and the 2022 award recipients here.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the Marines and build camaraderie with your peers. Register now and join us for an enriching and memorable event!
