Silver Legacy in Reno ready for our Marines

It’s time to start registering for the  2010 Annual Conference which will be held at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino August 23-27. 

Again this year we are offering a member-only early bird rate of:

• $110 until May 31. 
• From June 1 to June 30 the rate will be $120. 
•  From July 1 to August 16 the rate is $125.
  All registrations must be paid by August 16.

At NHT deadline Conference Chair Don Coleman was working on a special spouse event as well as (in his words)   “a special event for member old timers.”

There will be three meal events.  The Welcome Aboard reception will be Tuesday evening August 24; the annual Merit Awards Banquet Thursday evening August 26 and the Business Breakfast Friday morning, August 27.  The conference will adjourn by noon that date.

We have negotiated a special room rate for 2010 of $82.  Attendees are encouraged to make their reservations as soon as possible.  Use this link to make hotel reservation with the special rate of $82 per night. You are encouraged to make y0ur hotel reservations as early as possible and before August 2. 

The Silver Legacy offers complimentary parking.  The hotel runs a free shuttle between the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and the hotel.  The shuttle service is available from 5 a.m. until midnight.  The shuttle leaves the hotel valet at the hour and half hour and picks up at the airport at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour.
