My publisher, FMG Publications, conducted a promotion in 2009, which offered new subscribers to GUNS Magazine a free one-year membership to the National Rifle Association. New subscribers, who already were NRA members, and others, were given the opportunity to donate the membership to active duty military personnel. Many did.

Those free NRA memberships are now available. There is no purchase necessary and FMG Publications won’t share or sell the new members’ information.

Important: To be eligible for the free one-year NRA memberships, the person must be on active duty and never been an NRA member.

Yes, others can sign-up active-duty personnel for the free membership. No, active-duty personnel do not have to use a military address. The offer ends Dec. 31, 2009

We have a created an easy-to-use Web page for this free NRA membership offer: http://www.gunsmagazine.com/free_nra.php
