Director of Operations sought

Tasks may include:

 Evaluate the effectiveness of all programs and events
 Create and maintain contacts with military bases, veterans organizations, volunteer groups, sponsors, and governmental organizations
 Oversee the public affairs, development, and financial processing for the organization
 Attendance at AFF events outside of normal business hours is required
 Delegate tasks as necessary

Key Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, History, Communications (or similar)
 Management experience and Capitol Hill experience preferred
 Preference will be given to Veterans

In addition, the ideal candidate will have a great sense of humor, a strong commitment to public service, and unlimited ambition. The candidate should expect that travel will be required for this position.
