Conference Hotel Room rate reduction

In order to stimulate reservations in light of the Marine Corps’ announced departure from our 2012 Conference, the Crowne Plaza Hotel has reduced the previously announced nightly rate from $131 to $114. 

CCHQ is encouraging all who plan to attend to go ahead with their reservations.  If you have previously registered simply call the hotel and make the change.  The conference will open with meetings, panels and seminars at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 12.  Meetings will continue through Thursday.  The Welcome Reception will be held beginning at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The annual Merit Awards Banquet will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.  Breakfast will begin on Friday morning at 6:30 a. m. in order to accommodate those attendees who want to view the recruit graduation at MCRD San Diego that morning.  On Saturday morning there will be an induction ceremony at Mount Soledad for our first exec and president, Bob “Mo” Morrisey at 9 a.m.
