Two USMCCCA members, Mike Rhea (left) and Dave Hugel were among the large audience to greet Commandant James Conway on June 11 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. It was the general's second appearance at the Club since becoming commandant. Conway (after a slight pause): "I would look the mother straight in the eye and tell her there's no safer place in the world than to be with a battalion of United States Marines."
