CC Chas. Henry bylined in July “PROCEEDINGS”

USMCCCA mainstay Chas Henry, retired mustang captain and noted civilian
broadcast journalist, took pen in hand for the July edition of the U.S.
Naval Institute Proceedings .

Chas takes on the emotional topic of military voting in “Lots of
Bullets, Not Enough Ballots,” noting that our deployed warriors often
(still) contend with bureaucratic delays at election time.
