Scam Alert

Executive Director Note:  Contrary to emails you may receive concerning Chuck Beveridge, he is not in Africa, is not sick, and is not requesting your money.  Folks, this is a scam in which someone has corrupted his FaceBook page and is asking for money in his name.  While we would like to think that our members are savvy enough not to fall for things like this, we have had two reports in the past week asking if Chuck is okay and, should they reply to emails such as these.  The answer is NO!  If you are ever in any doubt about a potential scam, go to Snopes.com.  They will usually have the word on the latest scam.
