You never know who you touch

Member Boris Yaro writes that we never know how our work affects others, he recently received this note:

Famous photo of the Robert F. Kennedy's assasination by Boris Yaro.

Good Saturday afternoon Boris,

I came across your name after reading OnLine an excerp from a Book called “Lou Grant the making of a TV series”. I understood you where asked to work with actor Daryl Anderson who was cast as the Photographer. That charactor did more for aspiring Photographers such as myself. If this is correct information I read; an Exreme Thank You!

I further read of your “photography” of capturing History in Pictures. I also read the account of your Photograph of Robert F. Kennedy’s assasination, and how you explained to the woman who grabbed your arm, This is History! I used to have your ambition for Picture takeing and slightly lost the zeal. Got safe and lazy. That is not me. Thank you for allowing me to get that zeal back. I started with a Kodak Instamic 44, then a Fujica-STX1, now I am doing the Digital Pictures. My partial work is on Facebook under W. Scott Tyndall Photograhy if you would like to check it out. I live for pictures, Soul is to Jesus Christ and I try to capture this everchanging life to Photographic Memories. Thank you for the Inspiration and your Service.. If I am incorrect on the Lou Grant part, please forgive me. I dont take what I read as the Gospel unless it is from the source. Yes, I have a Journalism background, although I work as a Clerk for a company. Look Forward to hearing from you if you wish to reply. — W. Scott Tyndall King George, VA
