CC Riccoh Player selected as a Congressional Fellow

Congratulations are in order for LtCol Riccoh Player, DINFOS, and USMCCCA member.  He was one of eight Marine officers selected recently as a Congressional Fellow.  The Congressional Fellowship Program offers Marine officers and Department of the Navy government employees the opportunity to better understand the operations and functions of the legislative branch of the U.S. Government and the legislative process, which is vital to the Marine Corps.
