USMCCCA Conference Award Winners

If you are attending the USMCCCA VIEC/DPA Awards Banquet in New Bern August 19, you need to do the following:

1) If you are an award winner your dinner is free. If you are accepting for a winner, the cost is $25. You must notify Executive Director Jack Paxton (usmccca@cfl.rr.com) if you are attending by NLT Wednesday, August 12. When paying, use the website: www.usmccca.org. You do not have to have a PayPal account. Use the Pay by Credit Card drop down box. If you do not use the website for payment, call Jack at 352 748-4698 by August 12. If using a government card, please assure it is “turned on.”
2) If you are not an award winner but want to attend the banquet, the dinner fee is $40 for non-military and $25 for military in uniform. Again, notification must be made and the dinner payment made by Wednesday, August 12.
3) Award winners or those accepting awards are asked to be at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel in New Bern by NLT 5 p.m. Wednesday August 19.
4) Banquet Attire: Civilians: Coat, tie for men; appropriate cocktail attire for women. Military: Service ALPHA.
